From Doi Mae Salong, Chiang Rai. Sun-dried on raised beds at 1,250m altitude, this natural process light-medium roast is juicy and fruit-forward — strawberry, rose, red wine, with a dark chocolate finish. Perfect for V60 and pour-over. Not recommended for milk drinks — the fruit gets lost.
